Eskeerdo's self-titled EP is finally released. The EP premiered on HypeTrak and is Eskeerdo formal introduction as a solo artist, breaking out from his already prolific writing career. With production from Infamous and No I.D, the Florida product captures the Miami fastlife perfectly on the project. In his Miami New Times profile Eskeerdo, discussed the transition from becoming a song writer to rapper.

"The only difference is melody," he said. "But I'm brought in the room because of my urban sensibility. A lot of pop producers, they enjoy urban lyrics. It's kind of like the new wave. I fit right in. It's not really an adjustment at all. I feel like I can finesse both situations, and I have. I'm working on a lot more pop stuff that is coming out now."

He released the video for “Hurting Feelings” back in January. In the visuals Eskeerdo takes a drive around Miami in a sick ride. The Infamous-produced single is the follow-up to his previous single “For My City.” Both songs are off his upcoming self-titled 6-track EP. The new up-and-coming Miami MC is starting to make a name for himself as a rapper. He’s been hearing putting in work for several years now behind scenes. The Grammy-award winning songwriter has helped write hits like T.I. & Drake’s “Poppin’ Bottles” for some time now. He’s penned hits for acts like Diddy Maino, Big Sean, Meek Mill, Rihanna, Trina and plenty more. But he doesn’t only write for hip-hop artists. He’s credited in songs from Selena Gomez, Maroon 5, Boyz II Men, Zendaya, Fifth Harmony and more. After building up an extensive catalog over the years, the Miami rapper released a Don Cannon-hosted mixtape entitled 31 Days.
