As promised, Harlem spitfire Azealia Banks is gracing the cover of the latest edition of Playboy magazine. The cover shot leaked today which shows Banks semi-bent over rocking a form-fitting cheetah print outfit. The purple weave-wearing rapper has a surprised look on her face, covering her mouth as a faux black cat perches on her head. The cover line reads, “Hip-hop’s fierce queen is ready to roar!”

The magazine’s editorial staff says that Banks posed in a “frisky pictorial that’s sure to break the Internet” which was shot by photographer Ellen Von Unwerth. Along with the sultry pics, the controversial MC provided a candid interview. Last month, Banks gushed about the honor of being on the cover of the famed men's mag on Twitter typing, "Grace Jones and Naomi Campbell both did Playboy Covers so you know I was like Hell Yeaaaaaa!!!!!"

Maybe giving up Twitter for lent, following a blow up with Erykah Badu, was a good thing. The Harlem MC recently made the news for something other than beef and controversy dropping her visual for the track, "Wallace" from her album Broke With Expensive Taste. During her social media absence Saturday Night Live managed poke fun at of her beef with Iggy Azalea.

The April issue of Playboy with Banks of the cover hits newsstands, March 20, with more photos from the spread hitting the 'Net on Monday (March 16).
