50 Cent Is Heading to Trial for Leaking Rick Ross’ Baby Mama’s Sex Tape

50 Cent's beef with Rick Ross might have simmered to a very low boil, but the repercussions from the 2009 back-and-forth is catching up with Curtis. The rap mogul will stand trial in June to see whether he unlawfully posted a sex tape to YouTube featuring the mother of Rawse's child. According to NY Daily News, Fif requested an October trial date. But instead, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paul Wooten set the date for June with jury selection starting May 26. Both Jackson and Rozay's BM, Lastonia Leviston are expected to be questioned during the hearing.

This litigation has been five years in the making. Back in 2009, 50 and Ross' beef took a strange turn when the New York MC starting interacting with the MMG head's ex, taking her shopping and seemingly getting inside info about the portly rapper's past.

Fif stepped up the antics when he reportedly uploaded a video of Leviston having sex with another ex-boyfriend, Maurice Murray, on YouTube. Court papers reveal Jackson received the tape from Murray whose face was blurred out in the edit posted on YouTube. 50 edited himself in the video as a narrator. In 2010, Leviston sued Jackson for emotional distress saying the backlash from the tape leaking almost turned her to suicide.

Wooten will also be deciding whether or not admit statements Jackson made during a pre-trial deposition into evidence.
