Suge Knight's current legal woe stemming from a fatal hit-and-run accident have taken another turn. According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, the $2.2-million bail that was set for Knight after he turned himself into authorities has been revoked. "It was $2.2 million and just a few minutes ago it was changed to 'no bail,'" Knight's attorney James E. Blatt told the newspaper. "I am working now to see what happened."

After speaking with Blatt, the Times did more investigating and spoke with Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida. Authorities are labeling Knight a flight risk and are holding the former Death Row Records head honcho due to his criminal past. "Possible flight risk, three-strike candidate, possible witness intimidation issues and his criminal past," said Nishida.

Knight is due in court on Tuesday.

Knight has been charged with murder after he ran over two men and killed one following an altercation on the set of the upcoming N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton. The man who was killed, Terry Carter, was a friend of Knight and was the alleged passenger in Suge's car when the two pulled up to the set. The hit-and-run occurred at Tam's Burger on the night of Jan. 29 when Knight was attempting to run down actor Cle "Bone" Sloan. Sloan and Suge had allegedly had an altercation on the movie set hours before. Knight's lawyer James Blatt told reporters that it was an accident and that his client feared for his life. Blatt told TMZ that he believed the murder charge would not be filed because his client was acting in self-defense.
