Yesterday (Jan. 7), Action Bronson blessed us with "Actin' Crazy," the oyster-heavy single produced by Drake architect 40. Today, however, Bronsolino finds himself in hot water over a song that's been out since 2011.

As it turns out, former professional wrestler Barry Horowitz didn't take too kindly to "Barry Horowitz," Bronson's Dr. Lecter shrine to self-congratulation. In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Horowitz says he felt disrespected by the song, and wished that the Queens rapper had reached out to him for permission to use his name. ("No respect," said Horowitz.) He also alleges that, while on tour in Florida, Bronson asked Horowitz to appear at a club date, but didn't offer any money in return.

Bronson has yet to respond ("It’s Adriatic summers on the sailboat/Don’t even try to call I’m not available for nothin’.”). His major label debut album, Mr. Wonderful, is due out March 24.
