Pharrell will be on The Simpsons on Feb. 8 on Fox. The "Happy" rapper/producer will be in an upcoming episode titled “Walking Big & Tall,” where he will portray himself. The episode follows the true story of Milwaukee television station in the '80s that hires a composer to write a city-pride song. However, after learning that the composer has written the same song for several other cities Pharrell comes through and "offers to write a new anthem for the town,” says Simpsons executive producer Al Jean.

Catch Pharrell in Springfield next month. In other Skateboard P news, he flipped his initial stance on T.I.'s Paperwork album—which he was the executive producer on—from “I wasn’t happy about the T.I. situation,” to "I love T.I.’s album and I think he is a genius." The always neutral hip-hop pioneer is also teaming up with Al Gore and producer Kevin Wall to put on a seven continent concert on June 18 to raise awareness for global warming.
