Chris Brown's probation stemming from the Rihanna incident in 2009 has been revoked due to two separate nightclub shootings, most recently was the San Jose shooting on Jan. 11 that left five people injured. The "Loyal" crooner traveled without approval for a concert and failed to complete community service on time. However, defense attorney Mark Geragos told Brandlin that his office didn't correctly advised Brown that he didn't need permission to travel for shows. Brown was also supposed to do 1,000 hours of community service by January but he roughly has 200 uncompleted hours left. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin however will let Brown remain free at least until the March 20 hearing.

The two shootings that CB has been involved with—1OAK during VMA weekend last August where Suge Knight was shot and San Jose—were used against Brown by the probation officer. The P.O. states that even though the the embattled talent hasn't been involved criminally with the shootings he is a magnet for trouble, "there is also concern that when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured." It doesn't end there. The officer notes the Virginia native has been arrested twice while on probation—once for assault in DC and also for throwing a rock at his mom's car during rehab plus stating, Brown was "making comments about knives and guns during a group [rehab] meeting."

The P.O. continues on to say that Brown has a pattern of this behavior and is focusing too much on his career. If determined on March 20 that Chris Brown is guilty, he can face some serious jail time.
