Flavor Flav Indicted On Felony Driving Charges

Almost a year ago, Flavor Flav pleaded not guilty to charges resulting from a traffic stop on Jan. 9, 2014. Flav faced felony charges after allegedly speeding and driving without a license while on his way to his mother's funeral. Billboard reports that court documents show the rapper and reality star was indicted last month on a felony charge of driving with a suspended license. The Roosevelt, New York native is also facing a speeding violation and two misdemeanors for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Flav is expected to appear in a Long Island court on Jan. 21, according to a spokesman for Nassau County acting District Attorney Madeline Singas. His attorney, who has been trying to reach a plea agreement, declined to comment on the matter.
