Dej Loaf shows viewers around her current neighborhood in a special video with Civil TV. She describes how she initially did not like the Westside of Detroit because she grew up on the Eastside. When Dej moved to the her new Westside neighborhood in 2009, she states that it changed her mindset for new things.  The pint-size MC takes us to her bedroom, the place where she created the monster hit single "Try Me." The midwest rhyme slinger broke down step-by-step just how she wrote the lyrics after receiving the DDS produced-beat.

In the video, fans will also learn how Dej Loaf copes with severe asthma and how an old pair of Converse keeps her humble. Take a look at it above.
