Looks like Soulja Boy scored a real life get out of jail free card...sort of. According to a recent TMZ report, Soulja Boy will not serve any time behind bars for possession of a loaded gun. However, Soulja Boy—who recently dropped his Young Millionaire mixtape in November—was sentenced to 24 months summary probation and 170 hours of community service.

For those who aren't familiar with the case, the Atlanta native was riding around in the passenger seat of a vehicle that was pulled over in the San Fernando Valley in late January, but denied having any connection with the firearm. Soulja's manager claims the rapper's neighbor left the gun under the car seat without him being aware.

Ultimately, the gun charges were dropped and the gun was destroyed as evidence.
