Too bad for rapper Benny Hunna who is reportedly being blocked from using his stage name by upscale restaurant chain Benihana, according to TMZ. The reports states, Hunna, an MC from Mississippi, has been trying to get his rap moniker trademarked for a while but has run into roadblocks. Namely, Benihana who doesn't like the idea of the similarity. According to documents, the eating establishment doesn't want the U.S. Patent & Trademark office to accept his application fearing the name might cause confusion in the marketplace.
