Ma$e recently lost a lawsuit to a model who claims the rapper used her photo in promotion of one of his singles. But as lawsuits go, the former Bad Boy rapper got off easy only having to fork over $7,500. As previously reported, back in April, model, Stephanie Delgado accused Mr. Betha of swiping her photo right off Instagram and using it as the cover art for his single, "Why Can't We" without permission. Ma$e never even responded to the allegations and Delgado was rewarded a default judgment. Delgado was seeking damages in the range of $60,000 but the judge in the case thought otherwise awarding the puny payout after the woman failed to prove she had made a similar amount to what she was asking for in a previous photo shoot.
