Last night (Nov. 30) at Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles, Kobe Bryant played his best game so far this season. The Lakers great went off for his 20th career triple-double en route to a 129-122 overtime win over the Toronto Raptors, the Eastern Conference's top seed heading into the game.

Famous for his blinders-on focus, Bryant nonetheless broke character after the Lakers opened up a 7-point lead late in the extra frame. During a time-out with under a minute to play, the Mamba was seen laughing it up with none other than Drake. Seated just off of the Lakers bench, the Toronto rapper (and Raptors ambassador) was animated throughout the game, but evidently couldn't resist Kobe's charm as the clock ran out.

During the third quarter, Bryant became the first player in NBA history to record 30,000 points and 6,000 assists. He finished with 31 points, 11 rebounds, and 12 assists. Drake went straight from the game to join A$AP Mob on stage to close out Red Bull's 30 Days In LA concert series. Last month, now-injured Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan hinted a new Drake mixtape may be due in January.
