This is incredibly sad and weird all at the same time. According to the Daily Mail, a woman removed a part of her brain in order to cure her seizures caused by Ne-Yo's music.

Zoe Fennessy suffers from musicogenic epilepsy. The 26-year old explained how on numerous occasions she would freeze up and vomit uncontrollably every time a song featuring Ne-Yo came on. She received surgery in hopes of reducing the symptoms, but to no avail. Songs featuring Ne-Yo like Pitbull's "Give Me Everything," Calvin Harris' "Let's Go,", and Calvin Maynard's "Turn Around " are responsible for Fennessy's episodes.

Fennessy explained that it's only Ne-Yo who causes her seizures and episodes. "[Doctors] are saying it could possibly be something in the tone of his voice, something like that, but it doesn't happen when I hear Usher, or people like him who have a very similar sound. It is only him, only Ne-Yo," she said to Daily Mail.

Doctors removed majority of her left temporal lobe, which relieved a good amount of her symptoms. But, according to Fennessy, she will have no choice but to live with her painful seizures because of Ne-Yo.
