Tiny Defends Her New Ice Gray Eye Color
Change can good be a good thing, right? Well, Tiny felt it was time for a change of her own. Many speculated on the rumor pertaining to the reality star's decision to permanently change her eye color. Thanks to Good Morning America, we can officially put that rumor to rest and reveal that Tiny's decision was in fact true.
The 39-year old former Xscape singer headed to Africa to get surgery on her eye color. Tiny's once pretty brown eyes morphed into a chilly ice gray color. She spoke to ABC News' Deborah Roberts regarding her controversial decision.
"They are ice gray. That's the color I purchased," said Tiny.
Her decision sparked a lot of attention and intrigue on Instagram, especially since the United States frowns upon that kind of surgery and deems it illegal. Despite all that, Tiny ventured over to Africa and was able to get the job done.
"They go into the eye and they make a little slit," she said regarding the procedure. "They take an implant and it's folded up. They open it [and] spread it over your eye."
While the surgery does have several complications, Tiny brushed off her fears and admitted to being beyond happy with the end results.
"I looked into the mirror and I was like, 'They are amazing,'" she said. "I love them."
As for T.I.'s thoughts regarding his wife's life-changing decision, he seems pretty fine with the decision.
"He loves them," she said. "He's OK with it as long as I'm healthy and don't have any problems," explained Tiny.
