Snoop Dogg has a long history of being involved in youth football in California with his Snoop Youth Football League and now the Long Beach, CA MC is helping a Des Moines, Iowa youth league raise $20k. Snoop is using the crowdfunding site Tilt to raise money for the Inner City Urban Development  (ICUD) league in Des Moines and has already donated $5,000 of his own money to the cause. If raised, the $20,000 will be put towards new equipment for the kids who are in grades 3-7.

“I know the money raised by this Tilt campaign will provide these Des Moines youth with essential tools for success,” Snoop said in a statement. “I've seen with my own eyes how these programs can change lives. They go beyond the field, it teaches kids skills for life."
