This story is just getting weirder and weirder. Iggy Azalea's ex-boyfriend and ex-manager Hefe Wine, the same ex who claimed that he had a sextape featuring the Australian-born MC, is now filing for a divorce from Iggy, claiming that the two "agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the State of Texas on our about September, 2008."

Wine says that they began living separately last year. In Texas, a man and woman who live together for any length of time are considered legally married if they agree to be married and hold themselves out to others as husband and wife.

The only issue? A representative of Iggy told TMZ that she never held herself out as Hefe's wife, and never agreed to be married.

The entire story has significant financial implications. Hefe is asking the judge to prohibit Azalea from selling various assets that were accumulated during the marriage, which includes music that Iggy wrote during their time together. It's worth about millions of dollars.

If the judge recognizes the marriage, all of Iggy's music penned during the union becomes community property, meaning that the pair would get a 50/50 split of all of the profits.

Iggy's reps say that Hefe is just doing this as a money grab.
