The Juan Epstien podcast hosted by Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg and Cipha Sounds held a special live recording of their popular show last night in Brooklyn. For the show, Rosenberg and Cipha brought out legendary NYC DJ Funkmaster Flex for a two-hour interview. Flex held nothing back as he told fans about his upbringing, how he got in the game, his relationship with Jay Z and countless other stories. Considering how long Flex has been in the game, the interview is basically a two-hour oral history of New York City hip-hop and a must listen for any fan.
