Gunplay featuring Cormega, "Savages"

Gunplay's MMG debut Living Legend has been stalled for quite a while, but his single output has been consistent. On "Savages," the Hazardis Soundz-produced track carries an NY feel with a piano line on loop. 'Play hits up the track with his signature flow, while the legendary Cormega gets intellectual with his verse. As he puts it, 'Mega's his favorite rapper and the chemistry certainly shows.

The Game featuring Yo Gotti, 2 Chainz, T.I. and Soulja Boy, "Really"

The Game has been teasing two major projects down the pipeline. While The Documentary 2 is still slated for Jan. 18, the Blood Money labelhead has dropped a track off his The Year Of The Wolf LP. Featuring a stacked line-up of Yo Gotti, 2 Chainz, T.I. and Soulja Boy, the track is menacing enough to allow everyone to talk their shit. Game rounds up the slaughter with a heavily name-drop verse that goes off. Nothing wrong with sticking to what works.

Listen to the track above, and grab the project on Oct. 14. It's available for pre-order now.

Kendrick Lamar, "i"

Kendrick Lamar delivers his The Isley Brothers-sampling new single early this morning. "i" is an motivational anthem that addresses today's struggles, as well as constantly reminding yourself to appreciate the good things that come around as well. Produced by Rahki, the single will definitely make some waves soon.

After nearly two years after his XXL-rated good kid, m.A.A.d city, K. Dot is ready to cap off 2014 with another LP. With artists like Chris Brown saying Kendrick's a "lyrical genius," we can bet he's bringing the "aggression" and "emotion" that he's promised so far.
