It's been all smiles and giggles since Remy Ma came back from her stint in prison. Since she's returned, she has been working diligently in the studio with the likes of French Montana and DJ Khaled. She also was able to perform live, more notably at Fool's Gold for Labor Day. While everyone has gushed about Remy's return back onto the scene, the bronx native admitted that everything wasn't all gravy in prison. In an interview with MTV, Remy compared Orange Is The New Black to real life prison. Let's just say that there's no comparison.

"You have 900 women stuck in one place. Some of them are never gonna go home. It's a very angry environment at times. You know, there's people that just walk around all day miserable. Fights do happen. I've seen them," said Remy.

Remy did draw some parallels with the show, in regards to the lack of heat within the prisons.

"There was always a problem with the heat. It never comes on the days it's supposed to come on. It be freezing. It's cold in September, and we're upstate. So you're already cold."

Remy admitted that she would love to be part of the show, in hopes of instilling some authenticity.

"I would actually love to be on the series. I think that would be cool to actually be in it," she said.
