Kanye West, Rick Ross, And Puff Daddy Are Being Sued By Obscure Rapper

It seems like legal woes continue to follow hip hop's heavyweights.

According to a recent TMZ report, Atlanta rapper 9gotti is suing Kanye West, Rick Ross and Puff Daddy for apparently ripping off his music. Apparently, Kanye produced an unreleased French Montana track titled, "Gucci Mane." 9gotti's record label Chinga Chang Records claims their artist had the rights to the song first.

The report details Chinga Chang records sending over a comical cease and desist order, calling the thievery a "drunken oversight." Diddy is being accused of being a well-known music theif and Ricky Rozay's morals are being questions due to his past career as a corrections officer.

9gotti claims his song and "Gucci Mane" are almost identical.
