Iggy Azalea is ready to take legal action if a sex tape using her name and image is sold, according to TMZ. As recently reported, the Aussie MC has been the subject of the sex tape rumor mill after news surfaced of the purported existence of an amateur porn Azalea might have appeared in.

According to the recent report, Iggy' legal team has sent a letter to popular porn distributor, Vivid Entertainment, who allegedly has interest in purchasing the tape, warning that "Iggy" is trademarked and use of the moniker will be met with a lawsuit. The rapper's partner in the alleged tape, Hefe Wine, has come forward and said Azalea was of age when the tape was made and fully aware she was being recorded. However, he denies it is him trying to come up off the tape, claiming the video was stolen from his computer a few months ago.

According to TMZ, despite the warning, Vivid is still in the market to purchase the footage.
