Kim Kardashian’s Attacker Ukranian Prankster Vitalii Sediuk Ambushes Ciara

Vitalii Sediuk strikes again! The celebrity prowler recently made headlines when he "attacked" Kim Kardashian during a Balmain show at Paris Fashion Week. After the incident, no charges were pressed and he managed to not stray too far from Paris. An unsuspecting Ciara was surprised during a Valentino show in Paris as a half naked Sediuk ran up to hug her while paparazzi took pictures.

According to a recent TMZ report, Sediuk snuck around paparrazi wearing a trench coat and as soon as he got close enough to the singer, he dropped his trench coat only to reveal himself in nothing but a black thong and a shirt. At that moment, Sediuk hugged Ciara really hard, but she managed to played it cool and walk away from him.

Once again no charges have been filed. Sediuk was sporting a message on his leg reading, "Ban in USA but I rock Chanel." This message relates to the ban authorities currently have on Sediuk entering the country, as well as the freedom protest Karl Lagerfeld held with Chanel.
