What you type and do on Twitter can be used against you in the court of public opinion. Cee-Lo is learning that the hard way. The fallout continues over the Atlanta musician's definition of rape debacle on Twitter as he has been dropped as the headliner for Louisiana's Gretna Heritage Festival. This is the second festival this week to relieve Lo of his duties as he was dropped from D.C.'s Freedom LIVE Festival, yesterday. As previously reported, the Goodie Mob member got himself in hot water when after recently pleading no contest to an alleged 2012 rape, he made some unsavory comments about what constitutes rape on Twitter. He later apologized but it was too late. A short time later, TBS cancelled his reality, The Good Life, allegedly over the comments.

Gretna Heritage Festival co-chair Ricky Templet recently released a statement regarding their decision to cut Cee-Lo loose. "Our community does not condone these disparaging remarks delivered by Cee Lo Green, and we feel this entertainer does not represent what our festival is about and has achieved over the past 20 years," he wrote.
