Andre 3000 is one of the most respected and revered rappers in the history of hip-hop. Someone who likely has artists far and wide flocking to him to ask him to feature on their respective songs. But, the rarity of an Andre 3000 verse (we're lucky if we get 2 in a calendar year) is such that it begs the question: Are artists just not asking him to feature on their songs, or is he turning them all down?

In an interview with Billboard, Dre stated that he called artists back in some cases to turn down the opportunity for a guest verses because he “couldn't come up with nothing cool.” The going price for an Andre guest verse? At least $100,000, according to Billboard.

However, 3K made it clear he's not retiring or beefing with Big Boi. "To be clear, there’s no retirement,” said Andre.  "It’s kind of like growing up in a house with your brother, people expecting y’all to live in the same room and have bunk beds forever, and people try to read into it and say people are beefing. But it’s nothing like that, man. Big Boi will always be my brother and a really important part of my life."

In the cover story, Andre also talks about his avoidance of social media, his goal to act in more movies, and more.
