An alleged murder that took place at Friday's Under The Influence of Music Tour caused a cancellation of last night's scheduled show in Chula Vista, CA. As previously reported, what had been a tour without incident was rocked by violence when a 38-year-old man was shot and killed as Friday's show closed. Police are still in search of a suspect and a motive for the killing which reportedly occurred in the backstage area. It is unclear whether the shooter or the victim was affiliated with the tour.

Yesterday, Wiz sent the following statement out to fans in wake of the killing and cancellation. "Due to a situation out of our control, tonight’s UTIOM show is cancelled. This was a senseless tragedy. Violence is never the answer. My prayers go out to the victim’s family."

No word on whether the tour's final stop tonight in Irvine, CA will still take place.
