Spike Lee's Do The Right Thing (1989) changed the lives of minorities across the country and raised the bar for African-American filmmakers, by portraying the gritty, true-to-life, images of racial division in New York. Giving us beloved characters like Mookie, Radio Raheem, and Tina, the film quickly made its way into the homes and hearts of millions. Last month Spike Lee celebrated the 25 year anniversary of the film and celebrities and artists alike, showed their support.

In this short film presented by Beats Music and Spike Lee, the iconic director walks the legendary block (Stuyvesant Ave) with the cast from the film to relive moments with each other and the current residents that live there. Be on the look out for Erykah Badu, Public Enemy, Dave Chappelle, Yasiin Bey (Mos Def), and Wesley Snipes during the 25th Anniversary Block Party.
