Well, damn. Apparently, here's something interesting. A new song entitled, "Ebola Is Real" is making noise in Liberia. You read right, "Ebola Is Real" is the name of the song and it's cracking it's way through radio stations in Liberia, according to The Atlantic.

The song has been gaining steam and is racking airplay in over 20 radio stations and is appearing daily on Liberian television. The collaboration between Liberian artists F.A., Soul Fresh, and DenG was made to grow awareness about Ebola and publicize ways to to prevent it from spreading. The song branches from the Hip Co genre of music, which is a Liberian take on hip-hop.

"It's the most-played song right now," Adolphus Scott, a Liberian communications specialist for UNICEF, told the mag, while its lyrics are aimed at educating a public that doesn't fully understand the disease.

While the younger demographic would appreciate the new rap anthem, there's also another song to reach the older crowds. So in this way, everybody wins.

Currently, Ebola has killed over 1,4oo in West Africa while 600 have died in Liberia alone.
