A celebrity football game, yesterday, ended with several entertainers showing solidarity in support of justice for slain Ferguson, Missouri teen Michael Brown. Chris Brown and Quincy put on a flag football game at Jack Kemp Stadium at Occidental College in L.A that was attended by Game, Trey Songz, Shad Moss, Wale, Nelly and others. Following Team Breezy's 42-21 win, St. Louis native Nelly asked all in attendance to stand with hands up, in a showing of protest of Brown's murder. “If anybody can sympathize with what my city is going through, it’s this city of L.A. right now on so many levels,” said Nelly. “So for that respect alone, I’m asking you, I’m begging you, and I’m pleading for you to just raise your hands for a second.”

Earlier in the week, the St. Lunatic urged Ferguson residents to be smart in their reactions to the incident and announced he was starting a scholarship fund in Brown's name.

In related news, J. Cole made his way down to Ferguson to show his support for the cause. The Roc Nation rapper was spotted interacting with protesters.
