Concert ticket search engine SeatGeek announced today (Aug. 28) that they have raised over $35 million in a series B round of funding led by Accel Partners. The investors involved includes Nas, NFL stars Peyton Manning and Eli Manning, and Causeway Media Partners.

With the money raised, SeatGeek intends to hire new talent and expand on its marketing and product. They also plan to focus keenly on the mobile aspect.

One of the founders, Jack Groetzinger feels the funds will help SeatGeek become "more aggressive in marketing."

"Still, we weren’t looking to raise money, but when we met John and Accel, we knew it was a great fit," he said. "John completely gets what we're trying to build and sees the future of entertainment the same way we do."

John Locke is the head of Accel and will play an imperative role in helping spike the marketing aspect for SeatGeek.

Seatgeek was founded in 2009. According to Billboard, it "allows the user to look at historical trends for an event's ticket price and forecasts when to buy based on the movement of prices."

The company expects to make well over $160 million in ticket sales for 2014.
