A recent Under The Influence of Music Tour stop was marred by violence as multiple news outlets are reporting a man was shot and killed while headliner Wiz Khalifa was still performing. Last night (August 22), Wiz and the crew were performing at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA when gunshots reportedly rang out in the middle of Wizzle Man's set. The victim of the shooting, a 38-year-old male, was struck and later succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.

The reports says the gunman and victim argued backstage before the shooting occurred. However, it is unclear whether either individual is affiliated with the tour. "We do not know how the victim was associated with the concert. That is part of our ongoing investigation," police spokeswoman Shino Tanaka. The name of the shooting victim has not been released. No suspect has been apprehended in the shooting.

The incident comes as the tour is winding down, with only two more shows left in Chula Vista and Irvine, CA.
