Kanye West is finally going through the legal process after being sued for beating up a member of the paparazzi at LAX last July. TMZ got a hold of Kanye's deposition transcript for the case and it is, in short, absolutely incredible. While going back and forth with the photographer's laywer, Nate Goldberg, Yeezy went into full rant mode and ran off a series of gems.

For starters, Kanye told Goldberg, "I'm in the business of trying to make dope shit for the world. You're in the business of representing scums and trying to make as much money as long as there's this lapse in the law."

Goldberg tried to test 'Ye by checking him about the lyric, "Till I get flashed by the paparazzi, damn, these n--as got me" from Graduation's, "Flashing Lights."

This, unsurprisingly, rubbed Kanye the wrong way. "You have to ask for a hall pass," Kanye told Goldberg. "You can't just say the 'n' word around me. It offends me because you're a white person saying 'n---a.'"

From there, Kanye went deep into the rabbit hole and compared the Civil Rights movement of the '60s to today's celebrity life: "I mean in the '60s people used to hold up 'Die N----r' signs when my parents were in the sit-ins also."

Goldberg then asked 'Ye if he equates the struggle of blacks during the Civil Rights era to the struggles celebrities face today, to which Kanye replied, "Yes, 100%...I equate it to discrimination. I equate it to inequalities....We, as a group of minorities here in L.A., as celebrities have to ban together to influence guys like this--guys trying to take the picture, guys trying to get the big win, guys trying to get the check."

For the icing on the cake, Kanye also told Goldberg, "I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever fucking dealt with. I'm not Britney Spears."

All hail Yeezy.
