Kanye West recently stopped on company from coining in on his name. On Friday, the rapper moved for summary judgment against the creators of the digital currency called “Coinye,” which features a gold cyber-coins donning a cartoon image of Ye's face.

The movement comes after the company failed to respond to Yeezy’s federal court suite back in January. At the time he was seeking money damages and an order prohibiting the use of his name.

Of the accused parties only two of the 12 have stepped forward to respond. Since filing the lawsuit creators have posted on their website “ COINYE IS DEAD. You win Kanye.” But that message has yet to stop ads for the coins from popping up on online sites.
