J Dilla MPC To Be Displayed In Smithsonian

J Dilla's legacy continues to live on. Last night, the country's capital showed love to the late great producer with the 9th annual DC Loves Dilla Fundraiser. During the event a special announcement was made. A curator from Smithsonian’s new African American History & Culture museum announced JD's MPC would be displayed in the museum along with other culturally significant artifacts. Dilla's posthumous album, The King Of Beats is slated for an August 26 release.
