Justin Bieber may have some explaining to do with his bevy of hip-hop associates and Black fans as a video has recently surfaced of the pop star, at 15, telling a racist joke about African Americans knowing a camera was recording his every word. According to TMZ, the recording took place backstage at a promotional event around 2009. In the clip, the singer can be seen and heard asking, ""Why are black people afraid of chain saws?" Followed by the punch line, "Run, n-gg-r, n-gg-r, n-gg-r." According to the celebrity gossip site, the singer is "frustrated and sad" about his actions in the video and will release a statement in the coming days. Check out the clip, above.
