A shooting in the parking lot of Red Rocks Amphitheatre following a show featuring ScHoolboy Q, Nas and Flying Lotus left three injured in Colorado late last night, according to the Denver Post. The three victims were found in a white SUV at an intersection in nearby Denver, less than a half hour drive from the picturesque outdoor venue. All were transported to Denver Health.

According to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department Twitter account, the shooting occurred in the parking lot after the performance, the venue was put on lockdown, and police searched every car leaving the venue. The Post is reporting that the shooting victims apparently drove into Denver after the incident, where they stopped at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Kalamath Street, and Denver police arrived shortly thereafter. Two people were in the car in addition to the three injured individuals; the Sheriff confirmed to the Post that they were cooperating in the investigation.

The Post's original story mentions that no arrests have been made; the Sheriff's Department's Twitter account specifies that no suspect is in custody, and says a search is underway for the shooter. However, Denver Post staff photographer Karl Gehring tweeted photos from the intersection in Denver where the SUV was found, including the photo above showing ScHoolboy Q being put into a squad car. Gehring specified that Q was detained rather than arrested.

More information on the way as it becomes available.
