Rick Ross Arrested Following North Carolina Concert, Released

Rick Ross' recent Summer Jam appearances have been marred by outside incidents. After not even getting to perform in Detroit's big concert last week, the MMG boss was reportedly taken into custody by authorities in Greensboro, North Carolina shortly after a performance at 102 Jamz's Super Jam 2014, Friday (June 27) night. The reason for the arrest? There was reportedly a warrant out for Rozay for missing a court date for a marijuana charge he caught in the city, last year. According to reports, Ross posted $1,000 bail and was released a short time later.

Back in 2011, Ross was also arrested for weed, after police in Shreveport, Louisiana found about a gram of pot in the rapper's hotel room.

Last week, Ross was scheduled to perform at Hot 107.5's Summer Jamz concert but was reportedly denied access by a "100 individuals" who were congregated by Detroit rap OG, Trick Trick. Ross claims a locked gate was the reason for his absence at the event.
