It's been two years since "Gangnam Style" hit YouTube, and somehow, it's still relevant. PSY's phenomenon has recently become the first YouTube video to cross the 2 billion-view plateau. Bieber's "Baby" is second at 1 billion, which is superb, but still about half of what "Gangnam Style" did.

The Korean rapper has been tasked with following that huge success, which is something he hasn't really done. PSY gave it another go by enlisting Snoop Dogg's help with "Hangover."

The five-minute video has a little bit of everything: Snoop Dogg skipping down the street with PSY, a karaoke scene, PSY in Bruce Lee's Game of Death suit, some EDM freakouts and Snoop somehow just rapping his way through it.

PSY's spokesperson told MTV that "Hangover" is supposed to be the "ultimate party anthem" that will set off the "summer of PSY." But will it top "Gangnam Style?" Perhaps. It currently sits at 7 million YouTube views.
