Mac Miller’s MTV2 Show Gets A Second Season

Mac Miller and his friends are back for another season of crazy antics on Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family. The comedic reality series documents the life of the Pittsburgh rapper and his crew as they adjust to living in Los Angeles. This upcoming season plans pier into Miller’s life on the road as he tours the world, throwing a last minute concert and him surprising his family with a vacation.

"If you want a show that has a bunch of bad dancing, go somewhere else," Miller told Rolling Stone. "This show is full of only the best dance moves. What happens when a rapper stops rapping and starts breathing life into a community he didn't grow up in. My homies and I came to fuck shit up while standing on one leg."

The new season will offer fans a chance to get in on the action. MTV2 is offering a sweepstakes to fly fans to one of the locations featured in the second season, including the cities Miller calls home, Los Angeles and Pittsburgh.

Season two kicks off on July 23 on MTV2 with two back-to-back episodes. The premiere will feature the 2011 XXL Freshman tracing his Irish heritage while opening up for Lil Wayne in Dublin.
