Game Claims Self-Defense In 2012 Fight With 40 Glocc

In a story that just will not die, Game is now saying in documents obtained by TMZ that he was acting in self-defense in his infamous 2012 fight against 40 Glocc after 40 pulled a gun on him. The gun claim may be hard to defend considering Game recorded the fight on his iPhone and there was no evidence of a firearm in the video. Along with the self-defense allegation, Game is also saying that 40 is only suing him to extend his 15 minutes of fame and the whole lawsuit is part of 40's, "gangster agenda to profit from threats, intimidation and taunts." Seems a little hypocritical.

Game is certainly busy as he is also battling Gucci Mane on wax, planning to drop an album on eOne, and inviting guests into his home for a massive garage sale.
