Not too long ago, Chris Brown was thrown a welcome back party in Beverly Hills after spending time in jail. Chris Brown decided it's time to clean house—literally. The R&B crooner is dumping his house in Hollywood Hills after just selling his Penthouse Condo in West Hollywood, according to TMZ.

For the past two years, Chris Brown has been battling his neighbors over his graffiti inspired artwork, which is plastered all over the walls in his house. In addition, neighbors complained frequently about the singer's loud and noisy parties. Ultimately, Chris covered up the walls, but the headaches proved to be too much for him to handle.

Sources told TMZ that Brown is selling his Hollywood Hills home for $1.79 million and already been sold his condo in West Hollywood for $1.6 million.

Back in 2011, Chris Brown purchased his house for $1.55 million and his condo for $1.6 million.
