DJ Rashad And DJ Spinn Have A New Documentary

Since his untimely death in April  DJ Rashad's work  continues to be showcased. Not too long ago a Berlin label released his first performance in Germany and now there's even a new documentary.

Back in March Pitchfork caught up with the Chicago producer and DJ best known for putting “footwork” on the map as he hit the streets of Mexico with fellow producer DJ Spinn. The short film called DJ Rashad + DJ Spinn:Teklife in Monterrey, chronicles the DJ best friends as they prepare for their performance at the Monterrey’s Festival NRMAL.

From their perspectives the documentary gives a brief look at two producers as they celebrate life and their friendship.
