Big Boi’s Marriage Was Saved By Jesus

Late last year, Big Boi's 12-year marriage to his wife Sherlita Patton was on the rocks with the latter filing for divorce, claiming their matrimony was “irretrievably broken” and requesting full custody of their teen son. Big didn't take the split sitting down and filed a countersuit. Then the divorce talk miraculously disappeared and all was well in the Patton household with the couple frequently posting loving Instagram pics. So, what helped mend the marriage? It came from on high, according to Daddy Fat Sacks. The Outkast member was recently asked what turned things around. He plainly said, "Jesus." He later added some words of wisdom for troubled couples saying, "The family that prays together stays together." Peep the clip, above.
