OutKast smashed New York City's Governor's Ball over the weekend, closing out the first night of the festival with an incredible set, and Andre 3000 returned on Saturday to catch the festivities as a fan. While hanging out in a media area, Three Stacks was approached by a member of the press and confirmed that he is working on new music but is in no rush to release the tunes. After hearing about the supposed new music, another reporter joked, "I'll believe it when I hear it." You and me both.

Andre 3000 has made several guest appearances over the years but hasn't released anything official on his own since teaming up with Big Boi for Outkast's 2006 release, Idelwild. Outkast is currently on a festival tour this summer, headlining massive shows across the country.
