Ty Dolla $ign Speaks About Representing L.A. On XXL Freshmen Cover With Power 106

Back in February, we had numerous XXL Freshman candidates swing through the offices and give us their pitch on why they should make the cover. One of them was Ty Dolla $ign, who had no idea he was coming in to be the first Freshman locked in for the Dirty Dozen.

In his recent interview with J Cruz & Justin Credible, the duo chop it up with Ty while he was out in Los Angeles for The Beach House Tour. He discussed his excitement for being a 2014 XXL Freshman and shared the story behind hearing the great news for the first time.
