Macklemore Responds To Backlash Over “Jewish” Costume

After a surprise performance to celebrate a new exhibit at Seattle's Experience Music Project Museum on Friday night, former XXL Freshman Macklemore found himself in hot water. Mack's music has never been described as "offensive" and reaches arguably the widest range of fan demographic in hip-hop, but when the Seattle MC took stage in a costume that has been described as "some kind of Jewish caricature," eyebrows were raised.
