Have you ever heard of Richard Dupree? Well, he could arguably be one of the greatest songwriters to ever bless the game. Or, he could be completely delusional. According to HuffPost, the California prisoner is claiming that Jay Z, Beyonce, Kanye West, Rihanna, and Chris Brown have collectively stolen 3000 songs during his time away in jail.

Dupree is suing the superstars for a mind boggling 2.4 billion dollars. How does Dupree know that Jay and Bey are jacking him for his records? He said that the Carters have been working with government agencies like the CIA and the FBI in efforts to steal his extensive catalog of hits. Chris Brown, Kanye West, and Rihanna are suspected of assisting the couple and the feds in prying away Dupree's records.

This news comes after Jay Z and Beyonce shocked the world with their On The Run Tour which is set to occur this summer. This is one of the many scandals Hov has dealt with over the past couple of months. First, he was slapped with a $600 million lawsuit for the Brooklyn Nets logo. Then, he had to deal with his former engineer who was trying extort over $15 million from him.

Should the Carters really be on the run from Dupree and his incredulous lawsuit?
