Dr. Dre’s Lawsuit Against Death Row Is Dismissed

Hip-Hop’s richest man, Dr. Dre is getting no love from the judge. After inking $3.2 billion deal with Apple, the producer went home empty handed in his case against Death Row Records.

Dre, who is expected to gain senior position at Apple thanks to his deal filed a lawsuit against his former label earlier this year requesting an estimated $3 million in unpaid royalties. According to TMZ he was seeking funds the label brought in during a period of bankruptcy, and hoped to collect before other creditors.
