Promoters Refuse To Pay Cee-Lo Green For His Short Show

A concert promoter in Arkansas is refusing to pay Cee-Lo because he didn't perform for the allotted time that was agreed upon.

Cee-Lo agreed to perform for 75 minutes at Riverfest in Little Rock, Ark. this past Saturday night however he only performed for 40, according to TMZ.

Riverfest had already paid nearly half of Green's fee up front but are not giving the rest.
