There was a Charles Hamilton sighting recently in Harlem. The former XXL Freshman made a very rare appearance on camera and gave an interview to Sa Neter TV7 - his first in a few years.

The rapper was walking down the street and was spotted by the interviewer of Sa Neter TV7, prompting him to give a lengthy discussion about his whereabouts. During the interview with Sa Never TV7, Hamilton spoke on his love and admiration for Jimmy Iovine, as he referred to the headman of Interscope as the "closest thing we got to God."

"Jimmy Iovine is the closest thing we got to God," Hamilton says. "Jimmy Iovine wanted me to be a happier version of myself. Where we disagreed creatively is I'm lying to my listeners if I give them positive messages, because I don't see anything. I'm not positive. If I sold my soul to anybody, it would be to Jimmy Iovine, and it wasn't because of anything gay."

The rapper admitted to still being signed to Interscope and that Jimmy Iovine once encouraged him to make folk music along the lines of Bob Dylan. Throughout the interview, Charles exhibited his uniqueness that once made him a polarizing figure in the culture, as he called Drake an "alien" and referred to homosexuality in hip-hop as "African child pornography."
